We would like to take a minute to give you a brief history of our company.

After wide and varied experiences as DuPont
Research Engineers, we decided to start our engineering company, Equipment Engineering Services, in 1997. Our forte then, as it is now, was finding the simplest solution to a complex challenge and implementing this solution at the lowest cost.

As consulting engineers and machinery and
equipment designers performing product design, prototype and product development, we work for companies and industries throughout the United States.

We believe our success is the result of our personal service, engineering abilities, and quality assurance.

Dyer Harris, PhD, P.E., CFEI
Dyer, a mechanical engineer, specializes in industrial thermal systems analysis, heat exchangers, process equipment, two-phase flow, compressible fluid dynamics, machine design and stress analysis. His expertise includes commercial HVAC systems
design and analysis. Dyer is a member of ASME
and ASHRAE.

Douglas Tipton, PhD, P.E.
Doug, an electrical and mechanical engineer, specializes in machine controls, optics, and industrial heating using high frequency power. His expertise includes instrument design, equipment design, and development of 3-D CAD models using SolidWorks. Doug is IEEE Delaware Bay Section Chair.

Grieb Manufacturing Company
A full service contract manufacturer of all types of
steel, alloys, and plastic products located in Chestertown, Maryland. Equipment Engineering Services uses Grieb Manufacturing for prototyping
and complete system production.

The Warren Group
A forensic engineering service, located in South Carolina, investigates equipment and machinery losses. Dyer Harris performs specialized
consulting related to property loss analysis and analysis of designs with regard to safety in
the areas of mechanical and electrical systems.
